that I was shown love would have to be probably for my mom. She's my biggest supporter and I am currently an individual athlete and just the process of getting there was really difficult and there's a lot of times where it's really easy to lose confidence and lose hope within yourself and having my mom there showing me so many kind gestures and giving me so much love and supporting me throughout my career has really been a big help. I know that my mom is always there to support me always loves me because of the things that she does. I have a specific memory of my senior year I was working towards this goal of winning state winning in 105 state like winning first in the event and you know it was weighing on me emotionally like I was super stressed all the time and the event came the meet day came and I swam the race and I won and when I was done my mom had a bouquet of flowers waiting for me and in that moment I just knew that she was so proud of and that she had a lot of love for me and that was an act of love that really made an impact on my life.
